Become a subscriber to Arlington County's Secure Remote Access

Subscribers to Arlington County's Secure Remote Access can search, view, and download documents. There are three options:

1. A Monthly Subscription, paid by a $50 per month payment by credit card.
2. An Annual Subscription for $600 per year (payable only by check to the Clerk of the Circuit Court and delivered to the Circuit Court by mail or in person).
3. An Arlington County Government Subscription, which is only available to approved Arlington County employees.

All subscription types require the subscriber to first download and print the Subscription Application and Agreement forms. The forms must be completed, notarized, and returned to the Arlington County Circuit Court, Land Records Division by mail or in person to: Land Records, Suite 6200, Arlington County Circuit Court, 1425 N. Courthouse Rd., Arlington, VA 22201. The forms can also be emailed to [e-mail].

To become a subscriber, you must first register with Arlington County's Secure Remote Access at https://arlington.va.publicsearch.us. Once registered and taken to the site, click on your name at the upper right to access your account profile, then select Subscription to start the process.
