Arlington County | Subscription expired? Reapply to regain subscriber access

If your subscription was canceled or expired, you can always reapply to Arlington County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Land Records division, to have your subscription access restored.

Follow these steps:

1. Once logged in to https://arlington.va.publicsearch.us/, go to your Account Settings (click your name at the upper right).
2. Go to Payment Info. Add your payment method to your account.
3. Then go to Subscription. Follow the on-screen instructions and select Monthly Unlimited as your subscription type.
4. At the next screen, click on “Submit My Pending Subscription” to notify the Arlington County Land Records office.
   • If you already have a signed and notarized Subscription Agreement and Application form on file with Arlington County Land Records, the office will approve your subscription.
   • If you have not provided the signed and notarized Subscription Agreement and Application form, please download the form, complete it and return it to the Arlington County Land Records Office. 
     • Return the completed form by mail or in person to: Land Records, Suite 6200, Arlington County Circuit Court, 1425 N. Courthouse Rd., Arlington, VA 22201.
     • The completed form can also be emailed to [e-mail].
