Welcome to Cloud Search for Cuyahoga County!

We’re excited to introduce you to our new Property Records Search.  It’s designed to make it as easy as possible to find the documents you are looking for.

Most importantly, you can still search and download documents completely free of charge.  You will need to register for an account in order to download your documents.  But there’s no charge for that.

After registering and signing in, search for your document by name or document number or parcel id or any other feature that identifies your document.   When you find it, click on it to view the document on-line. 

Want to download  a free copy?  Click on Download (FREE), or add it to your cart.  When you’ve completed your session, click on the Cart in the top right hand corner and Place Your Order.  Don’t worry it will still be FREE.

Another option is to purchase a Certified Copy.  These copies are NOT FREE.  They will include a certification stamp that verifies the authenticity of the copy.  This stamp is required in some cases, particularly for legal purposes such as presentation to banks or courts or government agencies such as the Social Security Administration.

It is possible to mix free copies and certified copies in your shopping cart.
