Smith County Subscription Details

When you purchase a subscription, you will pay a standard monthly fee for the service.  In some cases, depending upon the subscription, you may also pay a reduced price per page for each document you purchase.

When your subscription if first enabled, your credit card will be charged immediately.  Thereafter on this same day each month, your renewal will be automatically charged.  You may cancel at any time.  

Cancellations

If you cancel before your subscription expires, it will continue in effect until the 30 day subscription period has elapsed.  At that point it will be disabled and you will revert to Pay Per Use.

Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.  If you upgrade to a higher priced subscription, you will immediately be refunded the remaining balance on your existing subscription and your new rate will be charged.  Your renewal day will change to the current day.

If you downgrade to a lower priced subscription, your current subscription will remain in effect until your 30-day subscription period expires.  Your new subscription will then be charged on that day and every 30 days thereafter.

Credit Card Expiration

If at any time your credit card expires or if a charge cannot be processed, your subscription will be disabled until you update your credit card information.

Subscription Details

We offer Single User and Multi User subscriptions.  For Multi User subscriptions, the person who creates the subscription will be the Subscription Administrator.  You will need to provide payment information to create the subscription.  Members of Multi User subscriptions do not have to provide credit card information.  Any charges incurred by members are charged to the Administrator's credit card.  The Administrator can add and remove members at any time.

Limited and Unlimited Subscriptions

Limited Subscriptions offer a low monthly fee plus a reduced per-page fee for purchasing documents.  Limited subscribers can view any document and the image will be shown with a watermark indicating it is an unofficial copy.  When you add a document to your cart you can purchase and download the document.  When it is purchased, the watermark will be removed.

Unlimited Subscriptions offer a higher monthly fee and there is no per-page fee when purchasing documents.  No watermarks are applied when viewing or downloading documents.
