Wayne County Register of Deeds, Michigan
Wayne County Register of Deeds (ROD) offers high-volume public search users the option to subscribe commercial teams of up to 10 team members. The benefits of having commercial subscriber access include the establishment of a working relationship with the Register of Deeds office and discounted access to property records at the public search site.
Subscribing requires the set up of a Commercial Account with Wayne County ROD and payment of a one-time, $150 setup fee.
Upon account setup, review and approval, your Multi-user (10) Subscription entitles you and up to nine other registered public search users access to Pay as You Go sessions for $6 per 15 minutes, or $21 per hour. Additionally, document purchases made during Pay as You Go are reduced to $1 per page (up to $5 per document).
The requirements for becoming a Commercial Account Subscriber:
- Pay a one-time, $150 setup fee to Wayne County ROD
- Download, review and return a completed Commercial User Fee Schedule & Agreement contract to Wayne County ROD.
- Establish and fund a Company Account with Wayne County ROD.
Follow these steps to get a multi-user subscription for your Commercial Account

| 3 - Click on Subscription in the left navigation and follow the instructions until you are at the screen with a step-by-step guide on actions you need to take. Click on the Submit My Pending Subscription button. | |

9 - To add members to your multi-user subscription: First, make sure that the person has registered at https://wayne.mi.publicsearch.us/register Once registered, you can go to your Account Settings and select Organization from the left navigation. Add or remove members to your multi-user subscription by using their email address. |
