How can I check for Mechanics Liens on a property?

Search for the Legal Description (Subdivision, Lot, Block) of the property and review all the documents that show up in the Result List.  Or look for specific Mechanics Liens filed by choosing the Mechanics Lien document type (in Result List Filters or from the Document Type list in Advanced Search).
