How do I perform an Exact Match search?

Use quotation marks.  Remember that you’ll have to enter your search phrase exactly as it appears in the metadata.  In the Legal search example above, an exact match would be entered like this:

    “Lot: 11 Block: 5 NCB: 19178”    (capitalization is not required)

A Land Records Dept search will be indexed Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Suffix, enter your search like this:

    "Smith William John Jr"
