How do I get a refund? Refund Process?

You shouldn’t need a refund in Bexar County because all the documents are free.  But in other counties, if you run into problems, click on Help in the top right-hand corner and select Live Chat.  Tell them which document or which Order requires a refund.  They’ll want an explanation about why a refund is desired.  Our accounting department will review your request and determine how to proceed.  Refunds are generally processed within a few hours.
