Do I need an account to search and download files?

You can search for documents and view them using the image viewer without an account, but you’ll have to create an account in order to download files to your computer. Basic registration is free and requires only your name and email address. To register, find the button on the homepage that says “Register.”

When you click “Register” you’ll be taken to the screen pictured below, where you can enter your name, email address, and password. If you don’t have a company account name or code, don’t worry; you can leave that field blank and it won’t restrict you in any way when you’re searching or downloading.

You’re all set! In the future, make sure you’re signed in to your account if you find yourself unable to download.
